Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from our factory in Huizhou, Guangdong, China.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. For large wholesale orders, production and processing time may vary. We will notify you of the estimated timeline after your order is confirmed.

Shipping Methods We ship via international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and sea freight depending on order size and destination. Shipping method will be confirmed with the buyer before dispatch.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, and destination. Freight charges will be communicated separately after order confirmation.

Customs & Import Duties The buyer is responsible for all customs clearance fees, import duties, and taxes in the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Tracking A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.
