Refund & Return Policy

All orders placed through JCT SHOES are wholesale orders. All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the products received are defective or significantly different from what was ordered. In such cases, claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
